YUP, teens can take part in PAP activities

The People's Action Party's Youth Wing has started a programme for teenagers ? Youths United in Passion ? to involve them in community projects. Political observer Eugene Tan from the Singapore Management University says that the YUP initiative will give the PAP ?first mover advantage? in engaging an age group where ?the in-thing is to be anti-establishment?.
