The key to unlock the market: ECFA

The planned signing of the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA) in June between Taiwan and China is more than just an economic and trade agreement between the two sides. It is also a key to help Taiwan unlock the Southeast Asian market. And Singapore is poised to become one of the beneficiaries. SMU Assistant Law Professor Pasha Hsieh analyses the situation.
