Nepal Hill in Buona Vista will be developed into a knowledge hub, attracting renowned business schools, leadership and talent management companies and enterprise universities. The first tenant is the newly-established Human Capital Leadership Institute [set up by the Ministry of Manpower and SMU]. Manpower Minister Gan Kim Yong says the new Institute will not only tap on the expertise and resources of SMU for related research, it will also collaborate with renowned researches, both local and foreign, to help companies translate the best talent and leadership ideas into practical strategies to support business growth.
