KR genocide charge sought by minority groups

After spending a year conducting interviews and research in three provinces, civil party lawyers Ny Chandy, [SMU Assistant Professor of Law] Mahdev Mohan and Lyma Nguyen have asked the court's co-investigating judges to consider fresh evidence that the Khmer Rouge regime targeted Cambodia's Khmer Krom, with the intention of wiping them out.
