Taiwan-born author and influential cultural critic Lung Ying-tai was recently in Singapore to promote her book ? Big River, Big Sea ? Untold stories of 1949. She gave a talk yesterday at the Singapore Management University at a small-scale event organised by the institution and the Foreign Correspondent's Association of Singapore.
