Law Minister K. Shanmugam addressed members of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) International Section at a cocktail reception at SMU on Monday. He also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the NYSBA and SMU School of Law to create law student internships and boost exchanges - the first agreement between an American bar association and a university here.
