Under Spring Singapore's three-tier Business Leaders Initiative, 127 CEOs and executives of SMEs have enrolled for leadership and management skills upgrading executive development courses and post-graduate EMBAs offered by Singapore universities under the Advanced Management Programme, while 45 scholars have also been awarded the Executive Development Scholarship to pursue undergraduate studies in the three local universities.
