Singapore has confirmed three more cases of Influenza A (H1N1) with the latest patients having flown in from three different American cities on three separate flights, bringing the total to four. The first case earlier this week was an SMU undergrad who flew in from New York on Tuesday. She is currently in stable condition at the CDC.
