President of the SMU Student Association Andrew Wong said after PM Lee's speech at the National Day Rally that, ?If enough people start to clean up after themselves, it will become a habit here. As for being gracious, I think you will have to keep encouraging people, but not shove it down their throats, especially when it comes to the younger generation.
