Acting Minister for Manpower Gan Kim Yong said that he hopes Singapore can score above 70 on the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore within the next three years. While Singapore is only 1.3 points away from that goal, Assistant Professor Marcus Lee, director of the Institute of Service Excellence at SMU warned that the target won't be a cakewalk.
