[18 October 2000]
Singapore Management University Public Feedback Exhibition for Urban & Architectural Design Competition

Members of public invited to view exhibition and provide feedback on design submissions

As part of SMU's objective to involve the public in this national Urban & Architectural Design Competition, a public feedback exhibition of the six Stage Two design submissions will be held from Saturday, 21 October to Tuesday, 24 October 2000, 10am-8pm at the Singapore International Exhibition and Convention Centre, Level 3 concourse.

The public are invited to view the exhibition and provide feedback on the design submissions, which will be compiled for the jury's consideration before their recommendation of the final winner(s) in Dec 2000.

Attracting an overwhelming 172 design submissions from 35 countries - by far the largest number of submissions for any architectural design competition held in Singapore - the competition will result in a commission of the SMU City Campus project in the heart of the civic district.
